The peaceful atmosphere of the gardens and charming gazebo ensures your event will be both memorable and picturesque.

Your rental of the Terrace Level includes exclusive use of the brick patio, gardens, and gazebo. Inside, the contemporary event space features six sets of French doors that open directly onto the patio and gardens, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The room comfortably accommodates up to 140 guests in a reception-style layout and includes a dedicated dance floor that opens to the patio, perfect for lively celebrations. Adjustable lighting and wall sconces allow you to create the perfect ambiance for your event.

The Terrace Level includes a caterer’s kitchen designed for efficient event service, along with a private bridal suite that provides a comfortable and elegant space for wedding preparations and getting ready. The level is easily accessible via an exterior stairway and service drive, allowing convenient vendor load-in and accessible entry for guests requiring step-free access.

The Terrace Level can be rented individually or paired with the Grand Hall as part of a whole-building rental package. This option is ideal for events that benefit from multiple gathering spaces, or for couples who wish to host an outdoor garden ceremony followed by an elegant indoor reception.

Included with your rental are twenty 60-inch round tables, 140 white indoor chairs, and 140 white outdoor chairs. Additional tables and seating may be rented through local vendors to customize your layout and accommodate your unique event needs.
