To help make planning your event as seamless as possible, the Grand Ledge Opera House has partnered with trusted local catering professionals. The caterers listed below are familiar with our historic venue, understand our facility guidelines, and have successfully served events here in the past.
Choosing a preferred caterer means working with a team that already knows our kitchen spaces, event flow, and setup requirements — helping your day run smoothly from start to finish.
All caterers on this list have provided proof of liability insurance and proper State of Michigan licensing. They are knowledgeable about our facility policies and local health regulations as they apply to events at the Opera House.
If you are interested in using a caterer not listed here, we’re happy to discuss that option. Outside caterers must meet our venue requirements and receive approval in advance of your event date.
Our venue includes two warming kitchens, and all food must be prepared off-site and brought in ready to serve.
