The Friends of the Opera House invite everyone to become a friend of a unique and historic building in our Grand Ledge community. This is a special invitation to join a group of your Grand Ledge friends and neighbors who want to help the Grand Ledge Opera House continue to be an important social and cultural center of our Grand Ledge community. We hope you will join us in this effort.

MISSION STATEMENT OF THE FRIENDS OF THE OPERA HOUSE
The mission of the Friends of the Opera House shall be:

  • To increase community awareness and involvement with the Opera House
  • To encourage greater utilization of the Opera House facilities for public meetings, private social occasions and community organizations
  • To offer a variety of cultural events that will be of interest to people in the Grand Ledge area and greater Lansing community
  • To be involved in the development of the River Walk connecting the Opera House with other recreational sites along the Grand River
  • To provide for the financial stability of the Opera House
  • To vigorously plan for and implement programs that will ensure the vitality of the Opera House for future generations

Grand Hall Level ~ $100
Joining the Friends of the Opera House at the Grand Hall Level provides these annual membership benefits:

  • The Opera House Newsletter
  • A Calendar of Events
  • A Membership Card
  • Two tickets to one Opera House program
  • An invitation to the Annual Dinner for Friends of the Opera House
  • A Commemorative Brick for the Terrace or two reserved dinners for the Annual Dinner
Terrace Level ~ $50
Joining the Friends of the Opera House at the Terrace Level provides these annual membership benefits:
  • The Opera House Newsletter

Blake Room Level ~ $18.84 (Founding Date)
